110-300-0165(2)(c) Licensee has cords accessible in the in the Gemini room to a lamp, in the Luna room a cord to a radio was accessible, and in the rainbow room there was cords accessible that could cause a loop to phone chargers. 110-300-0165(2)(d) Licensee had plastic bags accessible in the Rainbow room bathroom on a cabinet. 110-300-0165(3)(f) License has four large wood cubbies and a air purifier sitting on top of a set of cubbies not attached to the wall in the sky room. 110-300-0165(3)(g) Licensee has a large climbing wood toy outside that needs to be refinished and is chipping wood in the playground area.
